Levering en retourzendingen altijd gratis

Levering en retourzendingen zijn altijd kosteloos, je mag ruilen of je krijgt je geld terug. Als je bestelling voor 22.00 uur bij ons binnen is dan versturen we nog dezelfde werkdag, in de regel heb je je bestelling dan de volgende werkdag al in huis.

Geen verzendkosten

BeauBags verzendt alle bestellingen binnen Nederland en de rest van Europa gratis.

Verzenden met DPD of GLS

Wij verzenden met DPD of GLS. Je kunt je zending volgen met Track & Trace zodat je weet waar je pakket zich onderweg bevindt.

Geen retourkosten

Mocht 'n product van je bestelling om welke reden niet bevallen dan kun je het, zonder opgaaf van reden, aan ons retourneren, geheel kosteloos. Het retour zenden van je product kan eenvoudig door per e-mail een retourlabel aan te vragen, deze op de doos te plakken en het pakket bij een DPD Parcelshop af te geven. Terugstorting van je aankoopbedrag, of creditering van je creditcard, gebeurt binnen 1 tot 5 werkdagen na ontvangst van je retourzending.

Je bestelling snel in huis

Een bestelling die op werkdagen vóór 22.00 uur bij ons binnen is, en waarvan de betaling is goedgekeurd, versturen wij nog dezelfde dag. In de regel heb je je bestelling dan de volgende dag* al in huis. Bestel je in het weekend dan versturen wij op maandag. Voor leveringen buiten Nederland moet je rekening houden met 1 tot 5 extra werkdagen levertijd.

Bezorging door DPD of GLS

Je bestelling wordt bezorgd door DPD of GLS. Je ontvangt van ons een e-mail zodra je bestelling is ingepakt en klaar staat om opgehaald te worden door de pakketdienst. Zodra jouw pakket is opgehaald, dit is meestal aan het eind van de dag, ontvang je van DPD of GLS een e-mail met daarin alle gegevens over je zending. Ook houden zij je op de hoogte over de status van je pakket.

* Tijdens extra drukke periodes is er kans op vertraging, waardoor je pakket iets later bezorgd kan worden dan je van DPD of GLS gewend bent.
60 dagen retourrecht

 

 

60 dagen retourrecht

Onze belangrijkste prioriteit is dat jij tevreden bent. Daarom kun je jouw bestelling tot 60 dagen na ontvangst kosteloos, zonder opgaaf van reden, aan ons terugsturen.

Simpel retourneren

Retourneren werkt heel simpel. Vraag een retourlabel aan op: www.beaubags.nl/retouren. Vermeld hierbij je naam, ordernummer en het/de product(en) die je wilt retourneren. Print het retourlabel uit en plak hem op de doos. Stop de items samen met de pakbon in een doos, het kan in de originele verpakking. Geef het pakket af bij een DPD Parcel Shop.

Terugstorten van het aankoopbedrag

Terugstorting van je aankoopbedrag, of creditering van je creditcard, gebeurt binnen 1 tot 5 werkdagen na ontvangst van je retourzending.

Ruilen

Wanneer je het artikel wilt ruilen nemen wij uiteraard ook de verzendkosten van je nieuwe bestelling voor onze rekening.
We verzoeken je het artikel terug te sturen en een nieuwe bestelling met het juiste artikel of de juiste maat/kleur via onze webshop te plaatsen.

Heel tevreden ben ik over de aanschaf van mijn Beaubag Sarah laptop tas. Een hele aanschaf qua prijs maar dan heb je ook wat. Het bestelproces verliep uitstekend, volgende dag geleverd door de pakketdienst van post nl. Goed en mooi verpakt. De tas zelf ziet er uit zoals je het kunt zien op de foto's op de website. Eigenlijk nog mooier in het echt want je ziet nog meer de kwaliteit en je voelt het direct. Wat ik erg goed vindt zijn de brede hengsels. De tas draagt echt heel fijn aan mijn schouder. Het laptopvak geeft ook een goede bescherming. Ook de vele vakjes zijn handig en de luxe voering is mooi. Ik ben echt tevreden!

De kwaliteit van deze tas is nog hoger dan ik al verwachtte. Deze tas is echt gemaakt om lang mee te gaan. Een beetje stug nu nog maar ik weet zeker dat ik heel, heel lang plezier van deze tas ga hebben. Mijn 15" laptop past er goed en ruim in, er kan makkelijk een krant of magazine in het voor- of achtervak en dan blijft er nog ruimte over zonder dat de tas te groot is. TOP!
